Errrrk!!!

Morning to all….its 6.40AM Had such an amazing weekend of just nothing…Brin came down, was soooo good seing him!! and has definitly motivated me!!

nether-the-less (how the hell do you spell that word?) i still can’t sleep, over a weeks worth of 6am awakeness…this is getting stupid!! suposidly up for a lecture in about 3 hours!! Thinking i might skip that one: there goes my 100% record gutted!!!

On the plus side with all this awakeness suddenly appearing in the middle of the night i’ve managed to complete another image. I went on the idea of mixing old and new technology and incorporating it into nature. I came up with the idea on a random midnight brainstorm last week and only just realised id come up with it when Brin saw the words “sundial clock” on my desktop on a handy lil post-it vista provides for me (it can be good for some things!!! ), and asked why i hadnt used that idea!!!! WOOP WOOP the next idea was in action.

With a bit of playing round and some complete utter confusion of how photoshop rele works i came up with the image below!!!

 

Still need to add words to this and the other images!!! but only ONE more to create!! have a few ideas floating in my head just need to decide on which one to use…!!!!

Anywho im gunna give a shot at sleeping….!

ARIGH!!!!!

So my house has been turned into a building site…ducking under wires n all sorts jumping screws finally reached my room to find the door open and a nice ladder in the middle!! WTF?!! Woken up at rediculous times of the morning to constant drilling and banging!!! on the plus side i got to go in the attic!! woop woop!!

I’ve finally found the entrance to the library and even managed to take out a couple books it took alot of effort…even had to ring my housemate in the process to work out where to check them out!!! *embarrassing* all worth it as now might be able to actually use photoshop!!!!!

Time is running out got 5 days to make 2 more images to show in the presentation on tuesday….then onto the daunting essay…erk!!!!

Think ive become officially nocternal….havnt been to sleep b4 6am so far this week n by god i feel like im walking dead!!!!!!!

but wooooooooooooooooo went to a dry ski slope yest to get in some snowboarding!!! was sooooooooo goood to be back on the slopes n rele cant wait for the uni trip in 5 weeks!! is gunna be mental!!!!

Ealier in the week had the task of writing 500 words creative writing describing my vitual world in one of my images. At this point i only had two images and didnt perticularly want to write about either of them so decided to create a new one. Ive been readin a book recently: an autobiorgraphy by Pete Goss, Close to the Wind. A story of a famous couragous sailor who specialises in offshore round the world, trans atlantic crossing. Other than making me really want to sail across the atlantic/round the world it gave me inspiration for this image. When making such a journey your without real food, a real toilet, a proper bed, all of which are a long way from you. Which gave me the idea of a motorway services sign. And thus mixing the two I created the image below.

 

The other two images i have created both need text adding to them.
